I loved my toaster oven until it started sparking at the switches! I would a zap when switching between toast and oven and there would be smoke. I can still toast with it but the oven feature no longer works. very disappointing!
The Series one double oven is available in black, white and stainless steel. The main oven in this model has a useable capacity of 58 litres. The main oven features CircoTherm® technology, which involves a powerful fan that draws air from the interior of the oven. The fan then heats up the air and forces it back into the oven cavity through ducts in the rear wall. The CircoTherm® technology means that the oven heats up rapidly, and it requires little or no preheating. The CircoTherm® fan also makes defrosting easy even for delicate food like fish.
The top oven in the Series one model has a useable oven capacity of 30 litres. The top oven features top and bottom heat, which provides conventional cooking heat sources at the top and bottom of the oven. This means that the heat travels to the centre of the oven by natural conduction so it is ideal for baking pastries and scones and other confectionary goods. It also features a full surface grill so that you can bake in the main oven and grill in the top oven at the same time.
There are two models of Series two Neff double ovens available. One is a standard and the other is a built under model. They are available in black brown, stainless steel and white and are otherwise similar apart from the type of integration. The main oven in this model has a useable capacity of 58 litres and features the CircoTherm® and defrost technology that is available in series one. The ain difference between series one and two is the AquaCleanse® technology. AquaCleanse® is an aid to cleaning that softens greasy residues so that they are made easier to wipe away.
The top oven in the series two model also has a 30 litre useable capacity and the top and bottom convectional heat and full surface grill features that are available in the series one model, but this top oven also features a centre surface grill designed specifically for smaller quantities.
Series six of the Neff double ovens is the highest and most top of the range double oven that Neff currently have on offer. The main oven in this model also has a useable capacity of 58 litres but includes extra design features such as the glass fascia, oval controls, retractable controls, U-form door design and revolution handles. The top oven has a 28 litre capacity.
The Revolution handle is a safety feature available on the high specification modles. It rotates towards you in a smooth, circular motion as the oven door is opened. Once the door is fully open, it stays in sight at the top of the door.
ClearText is also available in the series six Neff double ovens and is an added feature of electronic control. It selects and controls the various functions of the oven, which means that instead of having all the icons on the oven fascia panel, it groups them into relevant functions and presents clearly, simply and relevantly.

Bought this as a gift – but I use this cookware and it is fantastic. Food cooks quickly and evenly. I highly recommend Le Creuset products even though they are a bit on the heavy side – nothing cooks better than cast iron!

This is without a doubt a five star Cooking pot. My wife and I purchased our pot after comparing it with other smaller sized and priced enameled castware available. We found this pot had thinner side walls that reduced the wt. of this larger 9QT. French oven. The lid is heavy and fits well for a better seal. The over all fit and finish are what you would expect on a pot in this price catagory. The price is high but we believe worth the extra cost in performance, size to weight ratio, quality casting and enamel coating(we have cobalt blue). To smaller and older cooks the overall weight was a consideration for us as well. We are pleased that this size was manageable and not too heavy when lifting the filled pot without the lid.
This thing was huge. I had to return it and suck up the 15 dollar return charge. Plan to go with the 7 qt model.
My only regret is that I didn’t invest in this sooner. I cook for my family almost daily and this one piece has become the most used pot in my kitchen. The 9 quart size is perfect for a family of six, and allows me to double recipes for leftovers.
I love the ease of cleaning it. I had a different one before and it never looked clean. this one is so much better.
This product works great – just as described on the package. Really cleans up with warm soapy water! I have bought one for my best friend and my mom.
I, too, was so looking forward to eliminating foil liners. Unfortunately, after a very short time I noticed several holes developing. Although it washes up very nicely, the holes get larger with each clean-up. This is a waste of $25. Back to elbow grease or foil.
As you can see in the photo, this matt is shown being placed on the bottom of your oven to catch spills but when you read the directions that come with the product, it states to place it on the bottom rack and not directly on the bottom of the oven.
This product changes the heat reflection inside the oven creating hot and cool spots. I had to stop using it after the first use.
First, I just want to clear up a point of misinformation that was given in a couple other reviews. The Nuwave does not come anywhere close to using more energy than a conventional electric oven. On its highest setting, the Nuwave uses 1300-1400 watts (real world value measured with a Kill-A-Watt wattmeter), which is less than a half to a third of the power even the most efficient conventional oven uses.
Anyway, I’ve owned the Nuwave oven for about 6 months now, and I use it everyday. I’m hardcore obsessive-compulsive when it comes to cooking chicken and fish, and because of that, in the past, I’ve always wound up overcooking to the point of drying out and/or burning the meat. With the Nuwave oven though, even with my propensity to ruin meat in the name of food safety, my chicken and salmon still come out juicy and tender.
One of the few things I’ve found that doesn’t cook well in the Nuwave though is frozen pizza. I’ve tried adjusting the time, power settings, and rack height, but the pizza dough never comes out fully cooked. In my experience, this is one area where the Nuwave falls short of the conventional oven.
Also, it’s been mentioned by numerous other reviewers, but depending on the exact model, the quality of the Nuwave leaves a lot to be desired, for sure. In general, the Nuwave is an appliance that requires somewhat delicate care. On most models, the clear dome enclosure is made of plastic, and a quick google search of “Nuwave cracked dome” will point out the frailty of this part. Also, partly due to my own negligence, the steel rack on my Nuwave has started to rust pretty badly. I’ve never done anything as stupid as to take a Brillo pad to the rack, but I’m guessing my failure to dry the rack out before putting the dome back on (thereby continually trapping all the moisture inside the oven) lead to the rusting.
Beyond these quality issues though and its inability to cook a decent pizza from raw, the Nuwave has really lived up to the hype in my eyes. In particular, I think those that live busy lives and have healthier appetites will really appreciate what this appliance has to offer.
I will keep this brief. Amazon should consider the unethical business practices of this company before promoting their products. I was just looking on their website to see what their infomercial was about and before I knew what happened, an order was placed. I do a lot of online shopping and this has never happened to me before. There was no review of an order before it is placed but somehow an order was placed. Besides a bogus order, the total amount was much more than they advertised because of ridiculous shipping charges on everything including the “free” add-ons. I immediately, 2 mins after I realized the order was placed, to cancel and what a con job. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone and sent an e-mail right away. Funny, although I couldn’t talk to anyone, I received an e-mail order confirmation right away, specifying not to reply to the confirmation. First thing in the morning, I tried to call and confirm that the order was cancelled and have yet to get someone on the phone. They give you until 1:00 p.m. central time the next business day to cancel, but no one will get on the phone. You see what they are doing? If they don’t answer, you can’t cancel. I am reporting their practices to the Better Business Bureau. Complaints about customer service in previous reviews is right on! As far as I am concerned, there is no customer service and this company should be cited as having unethical website and business practices.
I do a lot of shopping on Amazon and trust them, but maybe they should review the companies that participate more thoroughly.
